Peopled by highly skilled and qualified professionals, the ProVest Group’s executive team has 70 years of collective mining experience.

Our supervisors are site managers, area managers and general managers – all of whom have the appropriate Certificates of Competency.

The ProVest Group has the expertise and experience to offer sound advice and devise custom solutions for clients. At the same time, our comprehensive services are professionally executed and comply with health and safety standards.

BUSISIWE MABUZA

BA Mathematics & Computer Science, CUNY; MBA Finance & Information Systems, CUNY.

Busisiwe has served on various boards, as chairperson and nonexecutive directors for the Industrial Development Corporation of South Africa Ltd, Airports Company South Africa, Tsogo Sun Holdings, and the Development Bank of Southern Africa.

Busisiwe is a nonexecutive board member of the ProVest Group.

TSHEGO SEFOLO

Bcom, CA(SA), MBA (Wits)

Tshego is the founder and CEO of Agile Capital. He is the Chairman and Director of ProVest Group, Provantage Media Group and Spilltech.

Furthermore, he also serves on the boards of a number of companies including: Debis Fleet Management, Henkel SA, Outdoor Network, Innovation Group, Acquatico, BBE Group and Feedem. He also serves on various board sub-committees of Agile’s portfolio of investments.

FUNANI MOJONO

B.Eng (Chemical), Executive Development Program (EDP)

Funani is an experienced and driven Chemical Engineer with over 15 years as an executive in local and multinational organisations. Before joining Protea Chemicals as Managing Director, a division of Omnia, he was the CEO for Imerys South Africa. Funani honed his senior management experience as CEO at Lafarge Mining, General Manager at ArcelorMittal’s Coke & Chemicals and Managing Director at Collect-a-Can. Prior to the above, he was a strategy consultant with Deloitte and Bentley West.

He graduated from the University of Pretoria and also holds an Executive Development Program Diploma from Kellogg’s in Northwestern University" USA. Funani’s achievements includes turning businesses around, mergers and acquisitions as well project management. He believes his strengths are primarily his leadership skills, strategy development and execution, business management, negotiations and change management.

KEAMOGETSE KALEBE

A Human Resources and Communication Specialist. She has experience in both the public and private sector of which 14 years was in the mining sector.

She obtained her degree in Public Administration from UNIBO, honours degree in Industrial Psychology from Unisa. Post graduate diploma in Labour Law from RAU, junior management program from Wits Business School and management development program from GIBS. She is experienced in talent management, employment equity, performance management, social and labour plan and corporate communication.

LOUIS ALBERTS

NHD (WITS), B-TECH (WITS), Mine Manager Certificate of Competency

Alberts served at BHP Billiton for the period 2009 to 2011 in the roles of mine manager and prior to such as production manager (2007 to 2008). Alberts also served at De Beers (diamonds) for the period 2003 to 2006 in the role of production manager and prior to that as section manager at Goldfields Driefontein Gold Mine for the period 2001 to 2003. Alberts has 25 years’ experience in the mining industry.

QUINTIN STANDER

BCom Man Acc (NWU)

Quintin joined the ProVest Group in 2007 as a cost manager. In 2014 he was appointed as financial director in charge of the financial and statutory functions of the Group.

Quintin has 12 years’ experience in the mining services industry.
